Ways to Motivate Yourself To Exercise -This post contains an affiliate link for M and M Direct- Exercising; Something we all know we should do, but actually finding the motivation to get up and go can be difficult.  So, I decided to write this post to on how I motivate myself to work out, and hopefully it will motivate you also!   Get Up and Get Dressed If you like working out in the mornings, as soon as you wake up, put on your workout gear. Lay out your clothes the night before and just put them on without even thinking about it. Personally, if I work out, I like doing it in the mornings, but a lot of times I procrastinate hard.  I do anything and everything to avoid exercising and then before I know it, its 1p.m and I just tell myself I'll try again tomorrow. So, what I started doing is just waking up, and putting on my shorts and sports bra first thing because then I have no excuse. I have nothing I need to do to "get ready" (I work out at home
